As the saying goes, “Women hold up half the sky.” Among all employees of the group, female workers make up nearly 60%, truly upholding GTIG’s “half the sky.” In their daily work, the group and subsidiaries encourage female employees to motivate themselves with lofty ideals, inspire themselves with high spirits, cultivate themselves with noble sentiments, and enrich themselves with abundant knowledge.

With qualities of bravery, confidence, resilience, and diligence, a large number of female workers at GTIG have become exemplary figures, making positive contributions to the development of the group. Many have emerged as “Most Beautiful Women Warriors,” “Women Civilized Posts,” “May Day Women’s Pioneers,” and “Model Workers” at the provincial, Suzhou, and Zhangjiagang city levels.

In March of this year, the “GTIG Women’s Honor Roll” welcomed new members. The Shengtian Branch of the Shengtian Division of Huasheng was honored as the “Suzhou March 8th Red Flag Collective,” and Xu Weihong, Vice General Manager of Huasheng, was named the “Most Beautiful Women Warrior” in Zhangjiagang City.
